What is CranioSacral Therapy
A gentle, non-invasive technique which focuses on the craniosacral system of the body.

The craniosacral system is composed of :
1- The cranium (skull), and the entire spine down to the sacrum at the base of the spine.
2 - Cerebrospinal fluid which forms the fluid environment for the brain and spinal cord.
3- Membranes which enclose the cerebrospinal fluid, brain, and the entire spinal cord.

The therapist acts as a facilitator, not a change agent, using techniques which elicit the bodies own healing response. The craniosacral rhythm along with several other indicators provide the therapist with the information necessary to facilitate movement toward  a more balanced and healthful condition.

The objective of CranioSacral therapy is to find and resolve the cause of a problem rather than alleviate symptoms.

CranioSacral therapy is "holistic" because it addresses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of the client.
